Design Engineer required for Bangalore location.
Qualification : BE (Mech) , Diploma.
Experience : Above 15 years.
Salary : Above 50k.

Primary Responsibilities
- Design and Manufacturing of SPM Machine.
- Design of Robot Integrated System, EOAT & Fixtures
- Fixtures Gauges/Design, Press Tool, Assembly Fixtures, Jig Fixtures, Checking Fixtures.
- Candidate Should have sound knowledge on Inspection Gauge & fixtures design
- In-depth knowledge of Pro-E WF 4.0/ Creo-2.0 software
- Part modeling.
- Assembly modeling.
- Manufacturing modeling
- Drafting with GD&T
- Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings
Additional Duties
- Problem analyzing and solving technique.
- Good Knowledge on GD&T
- Basic Knowledge on Gauge R&R and Gauge & fixture Calibration and Validation
- Involvement in 5s, Kaizen activities
- Good Knowledge of GD & T.
- Good Knowledge in Design Calculation.
