JOB DESCRIPTION FOR EDM OPERATOR :
1. Setting up and programming EDM equipment to ensure proper functionality when making precision parts for tool-makers and designers.
2. Measuring, marking, and documenting dimensions of materials.
3. Performing G-code programming of wired EDM machines.
4. Monitoring the EDM machining process and inspecting finished products.
5. Restocking and maintaining warehouse inventory and spare parts, and cleaning wire EDM and performing preventive maintenance.
