Conventional VTL Operator required for Coimbatore location
Qualification : Diploma(Mechanical) ,ITI
Experience : 1 to 2 years
Salary : 10 -15k

Primary Responsibilities :
• Set up and operation of NC / Manual VTL
• Operate large overhead cranes to load and unload machine.
• Operate controls, setting offsets and edit programs if required.
• Perform related cell functions including inspection.
• Completing dimensional logs.
• Move material and chips.
• Perform daily Preventable Maintenance check list.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
• Knowledgeable in blueprint reading.
• Strong math aptitude, shop mathematics and the ability to use precision measuring
instruments.(Pie tapes, calipers, micrometers and other gauges)
• Must be able to use a feed and speed chart or calculator to determine appropriate feeds
and speeds and depths of cut.
• Understanding of Metal properties and appropriate cutting tools.
• Must be able to perform own setups, measure part and make good quality parts.
• Overhead crane experience. (Moving / Flipping large parts)
• Hold tight tolerances and maintain equipment.
• High level energy person willing to cross train.
• Must be committed to safe working practices and all PPE requirements.
