JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Exposure in instrumentation in process such as Temperature, pressure, Mass flow meters (Vortex), magnetic flow meters, ultrasonic level transmitters and controllers.
2. Preventive/ predictive/ breakdown maintenance of all equipment (Process & others / Instru), piping, lighting system etc Exposed to Repair and maintenance of instruments.
3.Familiar with ABB 800 X DCS and SCADA system.
4.Callibration and verification of Load Cell, pressure transmitter, flowmeters, level transmitter – Calibration , Replacement and Trouble shooting.
5. Excellent trouble shooting skills in instruments like mass flow meters, pressure trans meter, load cells etc.
6.Adherence to PM schedules and calibration
7.instrument for trouble free operation and accuracy of instruments.
