Job Description / Skill Required :
• Deep Knowledge of Air compressors application Knowledge in the technical, conceptual and content development
• Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction & sales potential Manages multiple areas and adjusts sales goals and procedures for each area.
• Understand business requirements & prepare technical design documentation
• Preparation of Customer report & Pre-sales / Team co-ordination verbal communication in local language and Analysis of market strategy.
• Prepare sales reports weekly / Monthly like customer wise , machine wise , spares wise
• High level of expertise and knowledge in Service Fundamentals (Listening, Analytical, Problem Solving, Lead Qualifying, Negotiating, Persevering).
• Develop business plan for assigned Product.
• Develop new Clients & retain existing clients
. • Collaborate with sales team to develop opportunities to improve sales performance
• Prepare sales forecast reports for management on monthly basis.
• Contact potential customers for new business opportunities.
• Travelling to visit potential clients Managing and interpreting customer requirements

• Experience in Capital Equipment / compressor sales or Accessories sales
Strong Communication/ Presentation Skills Good knowledge in industrial market

• Have handled industries like Textiles (Spinning , Weaving) Engineering, Foundry
• Customer Support Knowledge in Working Excel, PPT, Word & Outlook.
• Being able to travel frequently.
• Having excellent problem solving skills.
