Role Description: Production in charge of managing machine shop
Job description
1. Good Exp in Manpower control in machine shop
2. Good exp in well organize, develop & utilize the resources available to achieve business objectives for the PMS
3. Continually upgrade safe workplace practices
4. Maintain a good Quality standard of work
5. Ensuring Company procedure, Regulation & discipline are adhered
6. Troubleshoot issues with equipment malfunctions or quality problems, escalating critical Issues to concern & will take necessary action.
7. Ensuring that good 5S housekeeping in shop floor
8. Good exp in CTR with action
9. Good Exp in Cutting tool knowledge
10. Good knowledge in GD&T skills
11. Engineering Drawing study & implement the process
12. Good exp in handling measuring instruments
13.To handle VMC/HMC/Grinding/Induction Hardening Machines
